Qualification Training

The modernisation of the Czech industry required both quality deliveries of automated systems and qualified personnel on both user's and operator’s side. 

It is for this reason we started our own Training Centre for Automation in 1994. Over 2,700 successful course participants from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Norway and other non-European countries have benefited from this Training Centre since then. This experience, paired with our extensive knowledge accumulated over the past 20 years implementing numerous projects makes this one of the most comprehensive modern forms of qualification training for staff in many areas of industrial production.

Standard courses and training sessions are organised by Siemens and successful participants are rewarded with a certificate. The centre is authorised to provide educational activities financed through EU funds.

All courses and training sessions can be:

• held outside the training centre (e.g. directly at the customer’s site)
• held in Czech and English like most seminars and workshops, with some of them even in German and Russian
• adapted to operational needs of users of automated technologies (diagnostics, trouble-shooting, hot-fixes, service-packs and up-grades, revision of knowledge and technical innovations)
• orientated towards individual educational demands and requirements of customers.

Since the second half of the nineties, we have been closely cooperating with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University, the Department of Control Technology and Robotics in Prague. The cooperation is focused on training and further education of technical experts and on the implementation of the latest know-how of control technology in the industry. The diploma and dissertation theses in control technology and robotics by SIDAT engineers is also of great merit.
