I pro technologie složené z menšího počtu sofi stikovanějších výrobních strojů s obsluhou je potřebné sledovat důležité výrobní ukazatele, jako jsou doba výroby, doba odstávek, čas v řezu, počet vyrobených kusů apod. Veškerá data jsou opět ukládána do real-timové SQL databáze. Získávání dat z řídicích systémů však v tomto případě vyžaduje specifi cké know-how. Na real-timovou SQL databázi tak navazuje aplikace SIDAT SIDAS® CNC. Ta v sobě v sobě integruje znalosti o řídicích systémech obráběcích strojů, PLC a také sběr dat pomocí signálů z jednoduchých strojů. Současně začleněním panelů s čtečkami umožňuje evidovat plán požadované výroby i přítomnost pracovníků na pracovišti. Ze všech těchto dat se potom možné nejen zobrazovat v reálném čase aktuální stav výrobní technologie, ale i historizující časové snímky jejích stavů a produkce v minulém období (Gant diagram). Současně jsou on-line kalkulovány důležité ukazatele (OEE, OPI apod.). Je možné také evidovat průběh výroby pro jednotlivé výrobky a porovnávat průběh výroby s jejím plánem. Nedílnou součástí aplikace je opět reportovací část s možností na základě zákaznických požadavků generovat jednoduché i komplexní reporty, které popisují průběh výroby.
