In terms of the CUSTOMER CARE programme, we offer our customers a wide range of deliveries and services which complement our activities in the field of comprehensive automation, production information technology and integration projects. The following may be part of this extensive support:
- deliveries of computer HW and standard SW, components and systems of electrical and field instrumentation and spare parts using the stand-by warehouse and online shop
- standardised and specialised courses and training sessions for designers and employees of operators of automated production systems
- comprehensive 24/7 warranty and post-warranty service
- industrial consultancy
A professional team in the Sales and Deliveries department deals with deliveries of components and systems for electrical and field instrumentation, computer HW and spare parts using the stand-by warehouse in the relation to the customers.
Both standardised and specialised courses and training sessions are ensured by our Training Centre.
Comprehensive service including resolution of non-standard situations and incidents in the production is provided by our Service Centre.
Industrial consultancy services are, according to their nature, provided by selected specialists from design and implementation departments in cooperation with technical and company sales representatives.
At present, approximately 25 company employees are involved in the activities of the team ensuring the CUSTOMER CARE programme at head office in Prague and in the regional office in Brno.
