Nowadays, the environment of industrial enterprises is made up of isolated elements and systems from many suppliers and has a disconnected and distinctively heterogeneous nature from this point of view.
Within the framework of an integration project, we create a compact functioning entity from this set after altering and supplementing it with further necessary HW and SW from the portfolio of automation elements and systems, from MIS/MES platforms and systems (particularly SIEMENS SIMATIC IT, AspenTech.21 and SIDAT SIDAS) and deliveries on the basis of our own engineering services, with features expected and required by the customer within the scope of modernisation.
Framework specification of the integration project is usually drawn up by the customer. However, even this phase sometimes cannot get by without our consultancy and discussion about the alternative solutions for suitable automation and information technology tasks.
We consider creation of the FDS — Functional & Design Specification to be the most important phase of the final solution for the integration project. FDS is usually drawn up by our specialised team and it is also this team which discusses it with the customer along with the project implementation schedule and requirements for customer cooperation. A file of these documents then becomes an integral part of the respective contract for work.
